    Philanthropy and endowments truly impact health disorders research, social programs for children, and new technology today. Philanthropy can offer substantial personal rewards, yet also present challenges to business leaders, celebrities, and others in deciding where and how to place endowments. One must undertake detailed evaluations and research when considering placing an endowment, and have a clear vision and a consensus of support from related governmental, educational, and contracted organizations. Communication of that vision, as well as managing progress, is crucial to the ultimate success of the endeavor.

    As founder of Dolle Communications, Stephen Dolle has had considerable experience as a fundraiser and project creator. He also has invaluable experience in science and technology, regulatory affairs, sports, entertainment, and affairs of the family. There is a direct correlation between living through adversity - and enhanced creativity, intuitiveness, and compassion. 

    We advocate endowments to aid health disorders research, artificial intelligence (AI) assistive technologies, and music outreach programs for children and teens. The developed world continues to make landmark discoveries in science and technology that are of great benefit to education and the human condition. These discoveries are being integrated into new consumer technologies, education, health treatments, and more. We work with clients to create campaigns that match philanthropic interests, and incorporate Entertainment (and sports) to accomplish these goals.

Drum Circles to Serve as Inner City Outreach Programs

    We have proposed a Community Music Outreach Program using "Drums and Percussion" to help at risk inner city teens develop creativity, math education, and self esteem. The centerpiece of our proposal is world percussion instruments. The Remo Drum Company and The Overseas Connection are two of many companies that sell a variety of world percussion instruments. These instruments produce many of the rhythm track sounds heard in popular rap and hip-hop music. Artists such as Eminem and Sean Paul it is felt would certainly want to help promote public awareness and fundraising needed to make these outreach programs possible.

    Mr. Stephen Dolle, founder of Dolle Communications, plays the djembe, tan-tan, and other world percussion, and has seen a tremendous fascination in these rhythms among our youth. The " djembe" drum, pronounced jembe', also induces spiritual and holistic benefits to participants, and can help to rid tensions between adversarial teen gangs. Philanthropic organizations would need to fund the costs of the instruments, and interested community leaders and organizations would oversee the instruments, performances, and competitions.

    We can also assist Philanthropic organizations with outreach solutions, campaigns, and public affairs. Some well know foundations include: the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Heinz Endowments, the George Soros Foundation, the Michael J. Fox Foundation, the Christopher Reeve Foundation, and locally in Orange County, the Crean Foundation.
